Charges laid in deadly fire

Murder charges have been laid following a deadly fire in Webwood. A 30-year-old man is charged following the deadly house fire, Monday. He is also accused with and arson/damage to a property. A court-imposed publication ban is in place, restricting the name of the accused and the victim.
