Binding arbitration coming?

The Canadian Union of Public Employees, or CUPE, says binding arbitration is once again being looked at for the locked-out Children’s Aid Society in North Bay and Parry Sound. CUPE says that the two sides in an ongoing labour dispute to see if they can come to an agreement on the terms that would apply if they were to agree meet under arbitration. The discussions continue.
