Water pressure was on the topics on the table for Greater Sudbury city council last night, in more ways than one. Council was told yesterday that a significant boost in spending on water and sewer infrastructure was needed, or else they could a soaring number of water main breaks. Council is looking at half a billion-dollar upgrade over the next 25 years.
