Budget Nearly Complete

The 2017 budget for the City of Timmins nearly complete. Council heard a presentation from City Treasurer Jim Howie last night outlining all the departments spending for the year. Mayor Steve Black says that while the final vote will come money, the expenditure budget should not push past the current 2.41 per cent increase.
