Two Fire Calls in the North

Sudbury: Fire officials in Greater Sudbury, Ont., say a commercial property suffered heavy smoke and fire damage today in Capreol. The call came in just after midnight… and all up caused somewhere between 500-750 thousand dollars in damage. Phil Langass is the Platoon Chief and says the investigation is ongoing.
Timmins: Fire has caused heavy damage to a home on Birch Street South in Timmins. It happened yesterday evening. Flames come from the roof of the house. Firefighters from Timmins and Schumacher firehalls responded to the call. The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
