A suspicious package discovered is a home-made firework

Greater Sudbury Police say they’re hoping someone can give them more information after a package thought to be an explosive. It was found Byng Tot Lot, a play ground near Byng and Lorne Streets. Katlyn Dunn from Sudbury Police told KFM, the item looked home-made.

A member of the public found it partially buried in a sandbox.
