23-year-old found sleeping, busted on a DUI

Mattawa OPP say, parked or night… they’ve charged a 23-year old woman for impaired driving. They say the call came in regarding a woman passed out on Mattawan Street in Mattawa. The vehicle had been there for a few hours and Constable Natalie Muirhead says in a case like this, it’s all about risk assessment.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court, in September.
