An Espanola driver has denied allegation of being under the influence of alcohol, will have his day in court after both alcohol and drugs were located, in his vehicle. The 21-year old man was nabbed at RIDE spot checks on Highway 6 at Old Webbwood Road. His was charged by Police on site and the vehicle was towed.
