More Rain coming to Northern Ontario

Rain is at the forefront on the mind of many in Greater Sudbury tonight, as Conservation Sudbury has issued a water safety statement for all parts of the Greater Sudbury watersheds. 25-50 mm of rain could touch down in the next 24 – 36 hours.  This statement will remain in effect until Thursday.
Meanwhile the Sault Ste. Marie Region Conservation Authority is issuing a Flood Watch. They say that the Sault is forecast to receive 30 – 50 mm of rain between today and tomorrow…. With a potential for some locally heavier amounts of rain that could reach 70 mm.
