Flag Co-Creater dies at the age of 60

The flag will fly at half-mast next week for a man, who was famous for putting it there. Michel Dupuis, who helped create the Franco-Ontarian flag, has died. Originally from France and resident to North Bay, Mayor Al Macdonald says Depuis was a man, who never sought the fame he received.  Dupuis reportedly died Thursday at the North Bay Regional Health Centre. He was 60-years-old.
