New numbers are presenting themselves at Hospitals across the North when it comes to Mental Health and Wellness. The Nipissing alone, re-visits to emergency departments at Nipissing hospitals have jumped 30 percent. Nippising MPP Vic Fedeli spoke to reporters just before the weekend and says that until mental health and addictions are treated as a health issue and not a social one, this problem won’t ease up.
