New rink could take 3-years to put in

The update on the 2013 Multi-Use Recreational Feasibility Study (MURF) is in for North Bay. The recommendation is that new arena, to replace the West Ferris arena, feature a double pad. Current timelines say it could be another three years before a skate cuts the ice.
