Province announces”Phase One” in reopening Ontario

The Province of Ontario is starting “Stage One” this coming Tuesday, May 19th in the gradual reopening, roughly 6 weeks after declaring a state of emergency.
As of 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, private parks, campgrounds, golf courses, businesses that board animals, marinas and boat clubs will be able to resume operations.
On Tuesday, May 19, the province will formally enter stage one of the reopening strategy. The initial businesses and services that will be able to operate include:
-Retail stores with street entrance (Ie. not located in shopping malls), with strict social distancing measures in place
-Certain seasonal venues including outdoor sports fields, tennis courts, off-leash dog parks
-Veterinary and other pet services like pet grooming (by appointment only) and animal shelters
-Household services like cleaning and maintenance
-Medical services like scheduled surgeries and in-person counselling
-All construction projects can resume
ALL SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES MUST REMAIN IN PLACE.
