Timmins Police law charges in MVC, stolen credit card

The Timmins Police Service is in the midst of completing its investigation into a motor vehicle collision. It involved a pedestrian that occurred Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Birch Street and Algonquin Boulevard, and thus far it’s been determined the driver was not at fault.
 
Meanwhile,
 
Timmins Police have arrested a 33-year-old in connection to the use of a stolen credit card.
Police say the accused stole and used a bank card not belonging to him four times to make a total of $268.90 worth of purchases at businesses in the 200 block of Bay Street before he was located and arrested.
