Ontario reports 78-new cases of COVID-19, but there’s a catch

Ontario is reporting a slight decline in the number of new COVID-19. Health officials reported 78 new cases of COVID-19 today.  That said, data from Toronto yesterday was unavailable from yesterday. As a result, experts say the numbers may be being underestimated. There were no new deaths in the previous 24-hour period. The number of resolved cases jumped by 99 cases.
