Public Health Sudbury and districts is reporting new 12 cases of COVID-19 and 8 recoveries. 9 cases have screened positive for a variant of concern.
Elsewhere,
Porcupine Health Unit. Seven of the new cases are in Timmins and one person is the James and Hudson Bay area. Six people are the contacts of a confirmed case and the exposure of two cases is under investigation.
Meanwhile,
Four employees at a business off Wallace Terrace in Sault Ste Marie have tested positive for COVID-19. In a statement released on Facebook, the business says the positive cases have been identified and are isolating.
