Update: Sault Ste. Marie Police have charged a 33-year-old Sault man after Sunday morning’s single-vehicle crash on Wallace Terrace. It happened on Wallace Terrace and Second Avenue around 9 a.m, July 25. The truck had significant damage after stiking a number of hydro polls. Police are warning of the dangers of driving impaired.

More information is being released about a traffic accident in Sault Ste Marie this weekend. A blue Ford Ranger collided with another vehicle elsewhere before coming to a stop at the corner of Cathcart and Huron Streets, but not before stiking three hydro poles in the process. The vehicle has been removed from the scene and the collision is currently under investigation.
