MRI machine at the NBRC closed until November

The MRI machine at the North Bay Regional Health Centre is going through a scheduled upgrade. Coupled with an unrelated equipment issue, it has forced the closure. The hospital says the goal is to maintain the “high level” of services. for the North Bay region. The MRI department is expected to be partially open on Nov. 15 with a full resumption of services on Nov. 29.
