Collision accident blocks Traffic

One lane is reopened at the site of the collision, and traffic is being alternated, following a collision in Greater Sudbury. It all began at around 8:45am when a transport truck tipped over blocking both lanes of highway 17 near Coniston. The OPP are on scene as the investigation continues.
