Missing Resident: 69-year-old Robert Bell

The North Bay Police Service seeks the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. Robert Bell, 69, left the North Bay Regional Health Centre yesterday morning. Marie Luglie with City Police has details

INFO: Bell is described as Caucasian, six feet, 230 lbs with short curly salt & pepper hair, a moustache and facial scruff. His left leg is amputated below the knee. Bell was last seen wearing a black & red plaid long-sleeved shirt and track pants. He was operating a yellow wheelchair. Police say Bell is medically frail, and his condition may worsen without required medication.
