It all comes to a head tonight for business owners effected by the Kelly Lake Road construction project. A meeting is scheduled for this evening, where the city intends to reveal their plan for keeping businesses open. This is after many were angry about the road being closed from June to October for work on a culvert, on just two weeks notice.
