$1 Million dollar bill remaining on Festival

Timmins City council continues to chip away at a $1 million-dollar figure: the remaining debt load on the “Stars and Thunder” festival. Reportedly, the majority of the money is slated to comes from ticket sales. The final pre-festival update will be given at the next council meeting, scheduled for next month.
