Toronto Police – Have you seen this man?

The investigation continues to inch forward for Toronto Police attempting to identify the individual responsible murder of former North Bay resident, 22-year-old Tess Richy. Homicide investigators have released several photos of a man they wish to speak to. A man, they say, she would have been in the company of, between 2:00am and 5:00a.m on the morning of her disappearance.
He is described the man as white, about 5-foot-7 to 6-feet, with a slim build and light-coloured short hair.
