OPP finds vehicle half-submerged

Powassan OPP say they responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision in Powassan just before the weekend. Reports say they found a passenger vehicle partially submerged in water in a ditch in the Trout Creek area. Since then a 20-year-old North Bay man was arrested and charged with driving while impaired.
