Man charged in cat and dog fight

A 51-year-old Field man is facing weapons charges. This is after West Nipissing Police Service were called to a dispute between neighbours over both dogs and cats running at large on their property, getting into tangles with one another.
It’s alleged that one neighbor invited the accused to their own dust up, which lead the man to going into his house to retrieve a gun. Once Police were on scene, they arrested the man, and seized the fire arm.
