ATV driver charged for impaired driving

OPP says a 50-year-old ATV driver. They say this is following collision involving the single all-terrain vehicle, shortly before 1:30 p.m. on Bear Creek Road in Nipissing Township. He was transported to hospital, at which time the OPP spoke to the driver and determined that he had consumed alcohol. He will be in court later this month.
