A culvert is clear, and a park has reopened. This is regarding the high water levels at Laurier Woods Conservation Area. Paula Loranger is with the Ministry of Natural Resources and says it was an honest mistake of natural proportions.
Loranger says the area was carefully cleared, without harming any of the animals.
