Former Employee returns to new position

A former North bay employee is returning to city hall. As part of a restructuring move announced this week, Ian Kilgour, the city’s former director of parks, recreation and leisure services and manager of planning services, has been hired to fill the newly-created position of director of community development and growth. This comes on the heels of the departure of Keith Robicheau, as the city chief administrative officer.
