North Bay Police reminding residents to drive sober over Christmas

North Bay OPP are reminding the public, once again, to be responsible going into Christmas after pulling another impaired driver off the road. The 42-year-old from Timmins had several bottles of open alcohol in the vehicle upon being stopped, and upon giving a breath sample was found to be 3-times over the legal limit. In addition to facing charges, she also has a 90-day automatic driver’s licence suspension.
