A “no trespass” reminder is being given by CN rail

A no trespass warning is being given some residents. The issue is in Capreol where CN Police say that popular a shortcut to access Greens Lake is once again being used by sledders and hikers wishing to go ice fishing. The problem is that it’s on CN property. A weekend blitz resulted in several charges. No trespass signs are in place, along with a locked gate. CN says that the cost of ignoring the deterrents will come with $125 fine.
