Black back at council tonight

Former Timmins mayor Steve Black will be back at city council tonight, making a pitch for a third Stars and Thunder. In the proposal… it would be funded privately, but a $300,000 sponsorship, along with a number of other items will be requested from the city. The festival would also be reduced from eight days, down to four.
