25-year-old charged in Mattawa Fire

A 25-year-old Mattawa man faces charges in connection with a May 13 fire which displaced 11 people. It happened from a Nipissing District Housing Corp. complex on Mattawan Street. One-person sustained life-altering injuries in the fire.
