Driver caught with suspended licence, 3 times in a row

A 20-year-old St. Charles man is facing a host of charges after being caught three times driving, while his license was suspended. Not only that, Police said it was three times in a row. On the final incident he was caught in the Markstay-Warren area, His plates were not attached… his vehicle has been impounded, his licence suspended, and he will be in court next month.
