Sudbury, Northern Ontario fastest growing city says report

Greater Sudbury is Northern Ontario’s fastest-growing city. That is according to figures released by Municipal Property Assessment Corp. $105.8 million in new construction and property renovations in 2020. That is compared to North Bay at $22.2 million and Timmins at $21.7 million. Toronto topped the provincewide list for new assessment with the growth of $11.7 billion.
