Woman passes away following a hit-and-run

A Sault Ste Marie woman has died following a hit-and-run. It involved a vehicle in the west end early Thursday. The collision involving a vehicle took place in the area of Second Line West and Brunswick Avenue at about 6 a.m., police say. The driver did not stay at the scene. Anyone with information about the collision can call the police.
