Construction Materials now accepted at Landfill

Construction and demolition materials can now be dropped off at the Sudbury Landfill. A new area will be dedicated to receiving, stockpiling and processing various construction and demolition waste including concrete bricks and blocks, wood waste, scrap metal, cardboard and recycled paper. The city is now evaluating options that would allow additional construction and demolition materials to be accepted.
