Greater Sudbury Police looking for sell off surplus housing

The city of Greater Sudbury is looking to move some of what’s has been deemed surplus community housing. To that end, ‘For Sale’ signs have started going up on 25 properties in New Sudbury and Chelmsford as city officials look to realign the stock to address current needs.
