
GOVA Transit in Sudbury Route 106 through a western loop of Val Caron will hit up two schools, a daycare and various businesses currently underserved by public transit. That said, there will be there will be a wait. The route expansion as a pilot project beginning on April 19.
The City of North Bay is reminding North Bay residents that parking on residential streets is not permitted within 24 hours of a snowfall. Several vehicles were spotted on the street overnight despite the snowfall warning. The city is reminding drivers their cars can get ticketed and even towed.

Algoma University in Sault Ste Maire says they will launch four more master’s degree programs this fall. Students can choose from global business and entrepreneurship, business analytics, computer science and social work. The programs will run 16 to 24 months.
A $2.1 million construction project is coming to Premier Road in North Bay. Council awarded a contract for the work this week. It will include the construction of sidewalks and stormwater improvements, including resurfacing Premier Road from the unopened Fowler right-of-way to Champlain Park.
