The city of Sudbury says six more diesel buses to be purchased will be the city’s last. In a report by city Transit Services the city proposes to replace its entire 59-vehicle fleet with battery-electric buses by 2035.

North Bay Police are warning residents of a scam. It involves someone contacting residents offering to look at their hot water tanks. The city is not aware of anyone going through official channels, several residents are have been contacted, and those with questions should contact their provider directly.
