Chester, is described as Caucasian, about five-foot-10 and 190 pounds, with a medium build, short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gold necklace, a brown Under Armour T-shirt, brown pants and Under Armour sandals.
In the Sault Ste Marie area, the Bow Lake Wind Farm remains offline. Down since Sept. 3 it was the result of a Hydro One transmission outage. This issue is not related to any site-specific problems at the Bow Lake facility, but rather stems from constraints on the regional transmission system.
