Woman taken to Hospital following collision

A male diver in his 60’s has been charged, and a 54-year old woman in a different vehicle has been taken to hospital following a significant accident. Elliot Lake OPP say it was just after 9:00am when the accident took place West of Sudbury on Highway 17 near Blind River. Constable Bev Gauthier spoke to KFM news and says it was an all hands-on deck response. <!–[if lt IE 9]>document.createElement(‘audio’);<![endif]–> A 54-year-old female from Elliot Lake, was eventually transported to a Sudbury hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
