Stars and Thunder festive will get another plug

Former Timmins Mayor Steve Black will be back in council Chambers tomorrow. He is expected to purpose a third Stars and Thunder Festival to go forward this coming Summer. While the city will be asked to be a sponsor, if it goes ahead, the festival would be paid for by a third party and be reduced to four days instead of eight.
