Timmins ready for evacuees

Spring is less than 3 weeks away, and as Northern Ontarians set their sites on the end of the Month, the City of Timmins continues to set their sites on helping those who may need evacuation. In the spring of 2018, 400 evacuees from Kashechewan First Nation were housed at the Senator Hotel for approximately four weeks… and Timmins Mayor George Pere says if the call comes in for the city again, they’ll be ready.
