4 people charged after going without life-jackets

4-people have been charged after West Nipissing OPP responded to reports of people screaming, on the Sturgeon River. They located four people swimming next to their two turned over boats with no life jackets. Constable Michelle Coulombe says the messaging is simple.

The four have all been charged with Operating Human-Powered Pleasure Craft Without Personal Flotation Device or Lifejacket of Appropriate Size for Each Person On Board,
