Former council’s seat to be filled this month – Mayor

North Bay council is expected to declare the seat previously held by Coun. Mike Anthony vacant later this month. Mayor Al McDonald told reporters the internal process of filling the seat on council has already begun, with a motion to declare it vacant to come at the Sept. 29 meeting.
