One new case of COVID-19 announced by Public Health Sudbury & Districts
Public Health Sudbury & Districts have announced one new case of COVID-19 for the catchment area. The new case is described as a contact of another case with unknown exposure. Through contact tracing, Public Health will notify all close contacts directly.
Sault Ste Marie Health Unit announces two cases
Two more people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the Algoma Public Health catchment area. Both cases are evidence of community spread in southern Ontario. Close contacts of these individuals have been notified and both people are self-isolating at home.
