A number of COVID-19 cases tracked over the weekend.

A Northern Ontario school has been closed, in Cochrane. Ecole Nouveau Regard. This is following a what the health unit calls as probable COVID-19 case. Two more are being investigated by the Porcupine Health Unit in regards to the K-to-12 school. The closing in collaboration with the health unit is exercising an abundance of caution.

Meanwhile, among the case count from the weekend into today a student at Central Manitoulin Public School on Manitoulin Island has tested positive for COVID-19. The Rainbow District School Board notified parents about the case on Sunday.
