Warming Centre in North Bay delays opening

The Warming Centre in North Bay will remain closed a little while longer. At the former OPP on Chippewa Street, the facility was scheduled to open Tuesday, but a spokesperson for Nipissing Mental Health Housing and Support Services says there have been some unexpected (construction) delays.
