Two more deaths tied to COVID-19 outbreaks registered at Long Term Care homes
Another senior at Greater Sudbury’s Amberwood Suites has passed away due to COVID-19. This is the 6th for the home, 34 residents and six staff have caught the virus after an outbreak was declared in early January.
Meanwhile,
One new COVID-19 related death has been reported by the Porcupine Health Unit. The death is the seventh linked to the outbreak at Extendicare Kapuskasing. An outbreak of the virus was declared at the 61-bed facility Jan. 7.
