Costs for redesign on the rise?

A new price-tag has been placed on the Tom Davis Square redesign project. Sudbury city council had an original price for the courtyard at $7 million, listed as priority project, but they say it will need an extra $2.3 million to get it done. A staff report coming April 11th will recommend to council they draw the extra out of out of reserve funds over the next seven years.
